"Air-Born" at Photovision 2007

Participation at the great exhibition of image & its applications

The Hellenic Aviation Enthusiasts Society “Air-born” was glad to accept “Photographer” magazine’s invitation to take part in “PhotoVision 2007” photographic equipment exhibition.

This exhibition opened its gates on the 22^nd and lasted until the 26^th of February. The venue was the now closed Athens Hellinikon airport. “Air-born” was there to present the public once more with merely a sample of aviation photographs out of our members’ vast collection.

The venue provided for the emotional “charging” of our especially selected and with a clear bias towards the artistic in concept and realization photographs.

Marking the occasion of our involvement in this exhibition, our Society’s official website (www.air-born.gr) opened up its gates and from the very first moment of operation got some very flattering comments from the worldwide net browsing… audience, aviation related or not.

For the visitors’ warm response, for all the kind words we received during “PhotoVision 2007” and for the world-wide and web-wide favorable acceptance of www.air-born.gr we do sincerely thank you.
