Indian Air Force Visit at Tanagra

"Air-Born" meets India

Once more, the Hellenic Aviation Enthusiasts Society “Air-born” was there to record history as it happened, when it happened. Despite the cruel weather conditions, our members performed admirably. And not enough can be said for the help and hospitality of the Hellenic Air Force. From the senior officers and High Command, to the base staff, they made us feel right at home. We also noted their high level of professionalism while dealing either with the foreign crews or with us nosy civilians.

All in all, it was a brief but highly successful base visit with a very specific purpose.
